Construction Owner representative, directed the Construction management and the Project Administration for a wide variety of projects among others, specialty theme stores as the Miami News and Carrera Jewelers in New York, NY, elaborated design restaurants as Chili’s Too, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Budweiser Brewhouse, private work related at the Miami International Airport and Bayside Marketplace in downtown Miami, Fla.
It is my clear objective to fully utilize my capabilities and high standards of performance in design, Construction Owner representation and Quality Control of documents, Consulting experience and Interpersonal skills with participant consultants, Code compliance, Contract and Budget management, obtaining a well-balanced coordination resolving conflicts between the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and other consultant disciplines, thus reaching with determination for excellence and success with the commissioned project.
